Neon Sprawl Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Neon Sprawl and its developer ("we", "us", or "our"). It explains how the Android app handles information.
Local city data
Your city layout, palette choices, settings, save slots, and autosave are stored locally on your device. Core building play does not require an account or network connection. You can remove local city data with the in-app reset controls or by clearing or uninstalling the app.
Advertising
The free version can show Google Mobile Ads interstitials at natural breaks. The app requests consent where required and requests non-personalized ads. Google and its partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, consent choices, and approximate location derived from IP to provide, secure, measure, and limit ads. Creator Pass owners do not receive these in-app ads.

Creator Pass purchases
Creator Pass purchases are processed by Google Play. The app sends the purchase token to our Firebase callable function, which checks its current status with Google Play. We store a one-way token hash and limited entitlement metadata, not the raw token or your payment-card details. A canceled, refunded, or consumed purchase does not pass this check.
Optional Top Cities community features
If you open or use Top Cities, Firebase creates an anonymous technical identifier. If you submit a city, we store and publicly display its chosen name, block layout, block and floor counts, vote count, and timestamps. We also store votes and abuse reports associated with anonymous identifiers. Do not place personal information in a city name.
Firebase Authentication, Firestore, App Check, and callable Cloud Functions may process device, network, anonymous authentication, Play Integrity attestation, security, and diagnostic information to operate these features. Community submissions are validated and timestamped on the server, and actions are subject to daily abuse-prevention limits.
Exporting and sharing
Creator Pass can export a Neon Sprawl city file and open the Android share sheet. The destination app or service you choose handles that file under its own privacy policy. We do not automatically upload exported files.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you reset it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Community submissions, votes, and reports are retained while needed to operate and moderate Top Cities. To request deletion of community data tied to your current anonymous app identity, contact us before clearing app storage so we can provide verification steps.
Children
Neon Sprawl is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask for their personal information. Store age targeting and advertising treatment are configured consistently with the final Google Play declarations.
